Esca® - the attractor
|
Esca® attractors weigh 7 grams. They can be used by themselves as a small jig, though we recommend using them together with spinners, jigs and bait, or in combination with Esca® accessories such as shrimp and squid.
You can combine the Esca® with other items of fishing tackle in a number of different ways.
Esca® lure light brings the fish in and the unique Electromagnetic Field created around the Esca® makes fish feel like they are eating the live prey and bite it harder!
|
What is special about the Esca® attractor is that the light is emitted in all directions, whereas the smell of the bait spreads out only in the direction in which the water is flowing. As a result we have had very good results from attaching the Esca® in front of each hook when fishing with a line or a long line – so we can definitely recommend combining Esca® with a spinner and bait (mackerel fillet, shrimp, etc.)
Take a look at our rigging section in the gallery for pictures and drawings that explain how to use Esca®.

The colors blue and green are very specific light wavelengths that simulate lure lights used by marine organisms. Blue light is the color most commonly used by marine organisms in their light organs. It is also the wavelength that penetrates deepest and furthest in water. In shallower waters containing more particles and algae, green light is more often used, though this varies from season to season and place to place. We recommend therefore that you figure out what works best in your favorite fishing spots.
